Choosing the right therapist can make all the difference.

*You may be someone who understands that an emotional issue is getting in the way of successful relationships at work, school or at home, but can’t figure out how to change it.

*You may be someone who is going through a life transition such as the birth of a new baby, career change, effects from the pandemic, retirement, or loss of a partner.

*You may be someone who is seeking neuroaffirming care from a therapist who is sensitive to your specific cognitive style and sensory sensitivities. You may feel burnout from masking or from trying to conform to a world that doesn’t “get” you.

*You may feel anxious, down, or lost.

Working together in a supportive space can help you gain an understanding into the patterns of your behaviors. We will work together to figure out why you act the way you do in certain situations and with specific people in your life. We will identify issues and then find creative solutions so you can feel better and more in control of your life. Together, we can enhance your appreciation of yourself and those around you.

Relationship Help

I work closely with people struggling in relationships. If you are having troubles in a relationship, just ending or seeking one, we can work together to understand your difficulties and help you feel more empowered to get what you need in an emotional connection. My expertise centers on helping you understand yourself and your interactions with others, allowing you to build stronger, healthier relationships.

Anxiety and Depression Help

I work to help alleviate feelings of anxiety and depression through focusing in on real-life strategies as well as exploring how past experiences influence your current state of being. With greater insight, you will be able to recognize what influences your negative feelings, and find more productive and effective ways of coping.

Helping Through Life Transitions

With gentle and supportive guidance, I can help you through some of life’s toughest challenges. I have extensive experience working with adults who may be struggling with health issues, bereavement, “empty nesting”, launching in careers and families, ending relationships and starting them.

Help With Self-Fulfillment

As we move through life, relationships, and experiences, we often carry with us feelings and unintended messages that may affect our self-confidence, self-worth and produce barriers to self-fulfillment. Together, we can explore why you carry these negative stories and self-messaging. We can work towards fostering a kinder, more compassionate, and less critical view of yourself.

Client focused, respectful and caring in a comfortable and engaging atmosphere.

I will work with you to incorporate the insights gained into your everyday life, in the here and now, with a goal towards making quick and effective changes in how you see yourself and the world around you.
