If you are having troubles in a relationship, just ending or seeking one, we can work together to understand your difficulties and help you feel more empowered to get what you need in an emotional connection. My expertise centers on helping you understand yourself and your interaction with others, allowing you to build stronger, healthier relationships.
I work to help alleviate feelings of anxiety and depression through focusing in on real life strategies as well as exploring how past experiences influence your current state of being. With greater insight, you will be able to recognize what influences your negative feelings and find more productive and healthier ways to cope.
I have extensive experience working with adults who may be dealing with chronic illness, loneliness, bereavement, and adjusting to new living situations as well as with young adults starting out on their relationships and career paths.
